Pratoverde is a country house laying on a hill (500 mt above sea level) with a beautiful view, surrounded by grasses and pastures, dive-groves, chestnuts and oaks woods. In the house, recently restored, there are some rooms and a little flat with a beautiful terrace.

| There is also a big living-room where you can have breakfast, dinner and... talking with the fireplace's warmth. Home cooking and genuine food are our prerogatives, partly produced directly by us with biological technique. We produce vegetables, oil, eggs, honey and we buy meats and legumes from our friends of the zone around. |  |

It's easy to reach Umbertide, because it is only 30 km norther than Perugia. From the airport of Rome you had to take the motorway A! from Rome in direction of Florence; then take the exit for Orte and from there directions for Perugia and for Umbertide. From Pratoverde you can easily reach historical towns as Perugia (35 Km.) Gubbio (30 Km.) Assisi (40 Km.) Cittą di Castello (15 Km.). Furthermore you can spend wonderful days on the Trasimeno Lake (20 Km.) which offers all kind of water sports. |
