The cottage has been delicately restored, paying attention to the materials used, in order to maintain unchanged the typology of rustic building: beams in chestnut-tree, handmade bricks for the floors and ceilings, local stone for the external walls. Inside every room is charmingly furnished and decorated with local ancient objects and various tools, which once were used every day. The apartments are surrounded by a large enclosed park of approximately 7.000 sq., an illuminated swimming-pool, plays for children, two equipped areas for barbecue and several shaded zones for a silent and complete relax.

"La Quercia" is an apartment, situated to the ground floor of our cottage that could give hospitality up to 6 persons (4+2). There is a living room with kitchen, day beds and fireplace, a double room, a small double room, two bathrooms. The living room and one of the bedrooms have the exit on the portico.
" Il Cipresso" is an apartment, on the ground floor of our cottage that could give hospitality up to 5 persons (2+3). There are a living room with day beds, kitchen, double room, bathroom, closet and fireplace.

"Il Leccio" is an apartment, on the ground floor of our cottage, that could give hospitality up to 4 (2+2) persons. There are a living room with kitchen and day beds, double room with bathroom.
"L'Olivo" is an apartment on the ground floor of our cottage that could give hospitality up to 5 persons (2+ 3). There are a large living room with kitchen, day bed and fireplace, double room and bathroom.
"Il Pino" is an apartment, on the first floor of our cottage that could give hospitality up to 4 persons (2+2). There are a living room with kitchen and a double day bed, a bathroom and a double room.
La Ginestra" is an apartment, on the first floor of our cottage that could give hospitality up to 4 persons (2+2). There are a living room with kitchen and two day beds, bathroom and double room.

From Firenze or Roma by A1 (Autostrada del Sole freeway) Come out at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit , take direction of Chiusi and follow Castiglione del Lago direction, after around 6 Km. away from Chiusi there is Moiano where you have to turn right in Piegaro direction, around 1,5 Km. away turn left where indicated to get to the reception.
From E7 (Orte - Cesena) Come out at Perugia exit, take Florence direction and come out at Magione exit where you have to turn left in Chiusi direction, always follow the indications for Chiusi, after around 25 Km. you arrive to Moiano where you have to turn left in Piegaro direction, 1,5 Km. away turn to left where indicated to get to the reception.
