Our farm house dotes back fo the first years of the 20th century; it is about 400sqm and has the typical structure of the houses spread out all over the tuscan country side when families used to be very large. It is situated in Coltano (Pisa), an ancient renaissance village at the interior of the Natural Park of Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli.
| Our house is surrounded by land set under biological reconversion and by a garden where you will find an old oven fo bake bread and you will also find all necessary to barbecue. A large hall and a large fire place opens at the ground floor, just over the entrance. Then one enters the common kitchen equipped with two cookers, oven etc. and then the 50-sqm billiard and reading room. |
| On the upper floor we have 3 flats (50 sqm each with bathroom each) composed of large rooms with 2+1 beds each.. Rooms can be rented even separately (in this case the bathroom is in common with the other room).Our house is managed autonomously by the guests, who can use all that is at their disposal, respecting other eventual guests, of course. |
Guest can also make use of a special price for enjoy their dinner at our well known "Ristoro Re di Puglia" (about 2 km far from the farm house) which is also mentioned in many guidebooks.
Activities at home or in the neighbourhood: Excursions by feet, by bicycle or on hourseback in the Natural Park of Migliorino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli; billiard, tennis, swimming pool, minigolf, ping pong, calcetto (5 players teams football) and within 20 km 3 golf courses are available
Animals: you are allowed to bring your pets with you but they are not allowed to enter the house: we have structures where they can sleep in.
Distances: Pisa 10 km; Livorno 15 km; Lucca 20Km; Firenze 80 km; Siena 100 km; San Gimignano 80 km; Volterra 70 km; Carrara 60 km... and moreover 10 km far from the sea.
