The country-house is situated between Siena, Volterra, San Giminiano and Massa Marittima, 40 km far from the Tyrrenic shore. Its good position is made even more interesting by the route it lies on, where one can get ancient ruins by walk. 10 km far from the country-house lies the small village of ‘Lardarello’ , which shows a famous example of the use of geotermic energy. The great outdoors are covered by woods and include also rivers and a torrents suitable for bathing.

The house, which used to be an old monastery of Benedictine monks, stands close to the ‘S.Giovanni Pieve’ (a sort of ancient church from the Xth century) facade. The house is independent and includes: ,a large kitchen which can be used also as a living-room ,near the kitchen, a double bedroom ,a room with two single beds in the attic ,a bathroom with plumbery and shower.

Another double bedroom is placed in the same body of the house. It has an independent entrance, and includes a bathroom and a garden close to the entrance. The all body of the country-house is surrounded by a wonderful garden which will offer pleasant moments of amusement and relax.
