We are in the high Val di Cecina, whose cultural center is Volterra, one of the most beautiful city of art of Tuscany, at 700m from the old medieval village of San Dalmazio ( where the novel "Il taglio del bosco" by Carlo Cassola was set).

Our small farmholidays immersed in
the nature and in the peacefulness of the hills is surrounded by 60 hecteres
of land cultivated biologically above all with durum wheat and olive trees.
We give you a warm hospitality in 4 ensuite bedrooms, large terraces and
an entrance which is indipendent from outside .

For the guests a swimming-pool
(12 m x 6 m). Water treatment with salt (without chlorine) and one for
children (4 m x 3 m).

| Breakfast is served in the veranda,
from which it is possible to catch a glimpse of la Rocca Sillana ( XII century)
reachable from here on foot. Besides, dinner can be served on request, a
dinner full of typical "toscani" dishes and seasonal products of our biological
garden. The rivers Pavone e Cecina, situated near the farmholidays, invite you, in the warmest days, to find out charming spots and dive into their uncontaminated waters. |

The cities of art, such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Pisa can be reached by taking only 1 hour by car and it is also possible to reach the beaches of the "tirrenica" coast.
