Villa I Leoni (just 20 kilometres from Florence) offers hospitality in comfortable apartments, furnished in traditional Tuscan country style. The guests have a large fenced garden at their disposal and a lovely swimming pool (12x6 metres- 1.40 metres deep) well equipped with sun beds. Around the swimming pool mature olive trees provide plenty of shade and are ideal for an afternoon nap or a quiet read.

Apartment Niccolò: (2+2) A bedsit-style apartment (42 sq.m) in a converted barn located in the garden. Comprises 1 double bedroom, a kitchenette and a living room with a double sofa-bed. There is a bathrrom with shower and a small private garden.
Apartment Caterina: (4+2) This apartment (80 sq.m) is on the first floor and has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms (with shower, one with washing machine). There is a large kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, plus a living room with double sofa bed.

Apartment Marco: (4) Apartment (55 sq.m) on the second and top floor, comprises two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a large kitchen with oven and dishwasher.
Apartment Sonia: (6+2) This apartment (130 sq.m) is on the ground floor and has three independant entrances as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool. It has 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a double soafa bed in the large living room. There is a large kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and washing machine), three bathrooms with showers, and please note that this apartment has both disabled access and facilities.

It is possible to have barbecues in the garden, and each apartment has a private garden area where guests may dine al fresco. When the pool is closed for the season then the area offers, within a very short distance, a tennis court, 2 stables and bicycle hire outlets, or, for the walker, a wide range of trekking routes with panoramic views of great beauty.
