The farm house “Il Poggio Primo” is set in the centre of a rural complex, in the green landscape of the Tuscan country and in the hearth of a valley at the foot of the Pratomagno mountain
The guests will be able to buy the quality products of the farm as: Chianti D.O.C.G wine, Grappa, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cheese, Honey, etc...

In the large panoramic surrounding garden there are a beautiful swimming pool and a wood gazebo and a large private parking area .There are also available a fun park for children, ping-pong table (tennis table), a bowling green. Besides the guests can walk, ride or cycle (by renting a mountain bike) in the naturalistic ways and paths that cross the mediterranean scrub surrounding the farm. At 500 metres there is also a beautiful small lake for the sporting fishing.

At 15 Kilometres from Arezzo, 50 Kilometres from Firenze and 60 Kilometres from Siena “ Il Poggio Primo” is the ideal starting point for excursions and visits in the most important Tuscan Town rich in art, history. You can visit also the wonderfull medioeval villages rich in numerous, interesting historical finds from Etruscan civilization ( itineraries available at the farm house). The quietness of the hill place ( 380 metres above sea level) and the charming view you can enjoy from the farm house offer unforgettable sunsets above a Tuscan landscape rich in olive groves, vineyards and green wood areas.

There are available n.6 confortable charming flats wholly renovated and furnished. The flats are structered in the following three different typologies.

( 2/3 people) One-roomed flat: a large living-room with fireplace and cooking-corner, a double-bedded sofa and 2 single beds. Private bathroom with shower and wc.
“Il Cavaliere” (4/5 people)
Two-roomed flat: one double room with two single separate beds; a living room with fireplace, cooking corner and a double- bedded sofa. Private bathroom with shower and wc.
"L'Etrusco" (6/7 people)
