Poggio Piano is an old colonial farmhouse, which has been converted into 4 luxury
apartments, two on the second floor and two at the garden level. Il Cipresso and Il Giglio
facing southeast and southwest respectively are accessed via an impressive external
double staircase. Both apartments provide panoramic views of the estate and surrounding area. | |

In the entrance hall (2 meters) you will find a heated closet to dry wet, muddy clothes and boots before entering the sitting room (5.2m by 5.5m). Around the centerpiece of the room, the fireplace, are comfortably arranged couches and satellite TV system. (Receiving over 50 channels). Adjacent to the entrance hall there is family size kitchen, (3 m by 3.2 m) fully equipped and with all the modern appliances; dish washer, oven with six-ring gas cooker, washing machine and a Didge freezer. The kitchen has an external door for ease of access inward with shopping and outward for BBQs. Adjacent to the kitchen there is also a dining room for the family (2 m by 3.2 m). Passing through to the north side of the apartments we find two double bedrooms both beautifully and comfortably furnished. One room contains two large single beds a wardrobe and a dressing table (3.9 m by 4.6 m), the other master bedroom is also fully furnished and contains a double king-size (3 m by 4.6 m). |
| The bathroom lies of the hall way between the two bed rooms and contains two water faucets, bathtub, shower closet, toilet and bidet (3 m by 3 m). The apartments on the ground floor Il Girasole and il Geranio also have individual entrances on opposite sides of the house for privacy from the other apartments. These two lovely apartments are also fully equipped and tastefully decorated as those on the second floor, yet also have private sections of garden to enjoy in the summer months. La Capanna is a separate house some distance
from the Poggio Piano apartments.
The house is on two floors with an area of about
180 square meters. Like Poggio Piano it is fully
equipped and tastefully decorated, with sitting
area and lawn to front and rear.
La Capanna has three large entrances; from the
left we enter a very spacious fully fitted kitchen
and dining area (5.6 m by 4.5 m). The main
central entrance leads us into a comfortable
sitting room with couch and armchairs arranged
round the fireplace (5.4 m by 5.4 m). The third
entrance on the right ofthe house leads to a
single bedroom with wardrobe and a desk (3.5
m by 3.5 m). This room leads into a bathroom
with bathtub water closet, two water faucets,
toilet and bidet with an adjoining door to the
sitting room (2.0 m by 4.4). Leading upward
from the sitting room is a stair case to the
second landing incorporating a nautical style
bedroom with two beds (4.5 m by 6.2 m).
The center portion of the second floor contains the master bedroom with an arched window to the floor over looking the garden and the pool. This room has a king-size double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and a spacious yet cozy en suite bathroom (5.4 m by 5.4 m and 5.6 m by 4.5 m respectively). |
