APARTMENT A

Positioned on the upper floor of the house one enters first the sitting room which is well
decorated with an open fireplace, sofas and satellite TV(as all the apartments have).The
spacious tastefully decorated kitchen is fitted with all the modern appliances. We have two
bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, both with ample wardrobe
space. In between the two bedrooms we find the principle bathroom with bath and shower,
there is also another, smaller bathroom which contains only a shower.
The guests in the apartments of Casa al Piano have at their disposition a large garden which guarantees the necessary privacy, a stone built barbecue, pool house, terrace and a lovely swimming pool for passing tranquil hours enjoying the view over the estate. |
APARTMENT B

The other apartment on the top floor differs from La Cinciallegra by the presence of a large
entrance hall from which all the other room lead off, apart from the sitting room which is
joined to the kitchen, as with all the apartments these rooms are beautifully decorated and
complete with all the comforts. Returning to the entrance hall we find the two bedrooms,
one with a double bed the other with two singles, both with wardrobe space; adjacent to
the two bedrooms we find the bathroom with shower/bath and finely decorated with Tuscan
ceramics.

This apartment is found on the ground level and can accommodate four people, you enter
