| This picturesque apartment is set at the higher end of the medieval village giving fantastic views through the valley.Upon entry into Borro Rino we find the kitchen, fully fitted with all modern conveniences including oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, a fridge freezer and all necessary utensils. The kitchen also includes a dining table with comfortable capacity for eight people.Passing through we come to a sumptious sitting room with sofas, soft comfortable armchairs, TV and items of Tuscan furniture created by our Master-Craftsmen, this is arranged around an open fireplace which adds a special atmosphere to the room in winter months.Next on the ground floor we have the studio which can be used either as a bedroom with single sofa bed or as a quiet room for reading, sketching or just relaxation!The ground floor also contains a toilet adjacent to the kitchen and a laundry room for drying clothes. |  |

Going up to the first floor we have three spacious double bedrooms, two with king- sized double beds and one with two large single beds. The bedrooms all have dressing tables and mirrors and ample wardrobe space. Upstairs we also find the main bathroom with power-shower, bath, double faucet units, bidet and toilet, all immaculately clean and tastefully decorated with Italian ceramics. |
| Borro Rino also boasts a garden for children to play or adults to sunbathe - better still to sit and relax with a glass of cold wine and watch the sunset over Arezzo. | |
Borro Ciapi
| Entering Borro Ciapi one finds a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and utensils, from here we pass through to the sitting room. As with all apartments this has been carefully decorated to give maximum comfort and a relaxing atmosphere with open fireplace, sofas and armchairs and TV.(All the TVs at the Borro present local Italian and satellite channels). |
SOn the same level we have two double bedrooms,
one with a queen sized double bed and the other
with two large single beds, both rooms have
dressing tables, mirrors and considerable wardrobe
space. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the bathroom
with power-shower, bath, faucets, bidet and toilet,
as with all the Borro bathrooms it is decorated with
Italian ceramics

In the medieval village of the Borro we find Casa Berti a centuries old dwelling which has been beautifully restored. Casa Berti is set on three floors, on the first is the kitchen fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and dining area in front of the original fireplace. (5 m by 3.5 m) A wooden stair case leads us to the sitting room on the second floor with comfortable couches and an old stove heater which runs on wood provided by the estate (3.5 m by 5 m). |

Adjacent to the sitting room there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom both fully equipped (3.6 m by 2.85 and 2.3 by 2 m respectively). Upwards again we have a loft room ideal for children with a queen-size nautical style bed and a queen-sized sofa-bed (3.5 m by 4.35m.) Casa Berti is a small house ideal for a couple with children that want to enjoy the village life of the Borro with the use of the pool and tennis court. Casa Berti is about 70 square meters. |
Borro Fabiano
| Upon entering Borro Fabiano we go up a short flight of stairs and find the kitchen on our right. As with all the apartments the kitchen is spacious and fully fitted with all modern conveniences. We then lead though to the sitting room comfortably furnished and with the open fire for those romantic evenings. |

| Also on this floor we have two double bedrooms, on with a king sized bed and the other with two large single beds, both room have dressering tables, mirrors and considerable wardrobe apace. Between the two room is big hall with a fireplace and then the immaculately clean and tastefully fitted with italian ceramics. Going up to the attic we have a charming room with two single beds and an suite Bathroom. Adjacent to the apartment one finds a laundry room for drying clothes and Swimwear. |

Borro Verdelli
| Situated near Borro Rino this delightful house also offers sleeping arrangements for seven people. As one enters one the first floor where upon the right we find a charmingly designed kitchen with all the usual facilities. From here we pass through a small hallway to the first sitting room, tastefully decorated with comfortable, practical furniture.Leading up the stairs to the second floor one finds the main sitting room with single sofa bed,the room is beautifully decorated and comfortable with TV, open fireplace and Tuscan artifacts. On this floor we also have two double bedrooms and fully fitted bathroom. Upwards again we find another double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Again this house contains a first floor toilet and separate laundry room. |

Directly behind the ancient Borro church on the southern outermost edge of the village we find the delightful Borro Nardi house. The house boasts a spacious private terrace with an enchanting view of the valley and of the winding Loreno stream. Borro Nardi has been beautifully restored into a very spacious, comfortable two-story house. Entering the first floor we find a roomy dining room (3.50m x 3.40m) leading into a welcoming sitting room. |

This characteristic lounge (3.50m x 3.40m) area is luxurious
and contains a large higher (split) level fireplace. Adjacent to
this we find a spacious, functional and fully equipped
