Located in a very peaceful area, fenced off and with garden, parking area and wood oven in the yard, to be supplied with chopped wood.

The building is at 150 m. from the sea, where there is a free cobble beach and a free sand beach available at 500 m. from the house, as well as a restaurant. It is at 2 km from the villages of Rodi Garganico and San Menaio.

The building consists of:

a ground floor,

2 flats with 6 beds each, one with a view on the sea and the other with a view on the countryside; each flat has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a toilet with shower;

at the first floor:

1 flat with 1 bedroom (2 adults + 2 children), a kitchen, a hall and a toilet with shower, with a view on the countryside;

1 flat similar to the previous one, with a view on the seaside (2 beds for adults + 1 for a child);

1 luxury flat with 2 bedrooms, a wide sitting-room, kitchen, toilet with shower, panorama, with 7-8 beds;

at the second floor:

1 flat with a balcony, wonderful view, 1 bedroom with 2 + 2 beds;

2)A villa in the village of San Menaio, at 300 m. from the sea, with an orange and lemon garden, and a rather steep access road,

composed by:

- 1 flat at the first floor with 3 bedrooms (7 beds), wide hall, balcony, kitchen, bathroom with shower.

- 1 flat ona mezzanine floor with 2 bedrooms (6-7 beds), a hall, a wide sitting-room, kitchen and toilet with shower.

- 1 flat at the ground floor with exit on the access road, 1 bedroom (4 beds), kitchen and toilet with shower.

3)A villa with 2 flats between San Menaio and Peschici, immersed in age-old olive groves, at about 900 m. from the seaside, with sand beach, private swimming-pool and 8-9 beds;

composed by:

ground floor, sitting-room, porch, toilet with shower, kitchen and 1 bedroom;

first floor, 2 bedrooms with a toilet with shower, a small balcony, a fenced garden, parking area for 1 car.

All the flats and the rooms are furnished economically, but provided with all the necessary kitchenware, cold and hot water, gas cylinder. Prices do not include extras, such as linen service. All the flats are provided with dinette kitchens.

Prices per week :

You can reach the place both from the north and from the south from the A14 motorway, Poggio Imperiale exit; the proceed on the highway up to Vico del Gargano (60 km) and, after just a few kilometres, you will find San Menaio.

The Tremiti islands offer the opportunity for a one-day excursion to the caves with picnic lunch. Ferry-boat from Rodi or Peschici. Excursions to Foresta Umbra in the Gargano natural park, are also available.
