The Curatori Farmholidays is a real farm, plunged in the greennes of the sea-coast ancient olives
which produce a very fine oil, with a regular acitivity of breeding (cattle, horses, etc.).


Accomodation
The Contento family will give you a warm welcome full of kindness and
simplicity, you’ll find this friendly and cheerful atmosphere throughout
your stay and soon feel at home. The accomodation is made up of small
flats with use of kitchen (otherwise, you can choose just the lodging).

Your stay in the farm (thanks to Mr. Onofrio) will let you know the charming
experience of the rural life in close reationship) with nature and animals.
With the help of some boys (Vito, Claudio and Fabrizio), you could also do
some kind of sport like bike and bowshot, or go out for a beautiful ride.

Cooking
As for the cooking, the maker is Mrs. Lucrezia who thanks to her great
experience, will surprise you with a rich variety of local dishes and
so many ingredients personally produced in the farm.

Some of the specialities you will taste:
  • Home made pasta:
    orecchiette, cavatelli, noodles, ravioli, potato dumplings
  • Legumes:
    noodles with peas, wheat and beans
  • Local meats:
    rabbit cooked (arranged) in many ways,
    veal chops, barbecue
  • Incapriata:
    bread, beans and vegetables.
  • Dairy products:
    cottage cheese, cacio-cavallo
  • Vegetables:
    peppers, eggplant
  • Home-made cakes:
    bocca di dama, bocconotti, cream pies

coast it is few minutes form the most interesting touristic places of the Apulian
Murgia: The Castellana Caves (14 Km.); Alberobello (20 Km.); Valle d’Itria
(20 Km.) and Ostuni (35 Km.).
