Dinner in a typical central restaurant. Overnight in hotel. 2nd day Breakfast in hotel. Departure for Dozza a charming little village near Imola, with an old castle that homes the ENOTECA REGIONALE DELL'EMILIA ROMAGNA. Tasting wine. Transfer to Ravenna. Lunch in a typical Osteria. Short sightseeing of the centre with a guide. On the return, stop at the small pretty Winery AZIENDA AGRICOLA TRERE'. The owners are a lady, sommelier, and her young son. Tasting wine. Dinner in Bologna restaurant. Overnight in hotel. 3rd day Brekfast in hotel. Departure for CASEIFICIO (where Parmigiano cheese is produced). After visit and tasting, departure for Modena, ACETAIA (where Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena is produced). Lunch in the area with menu based on Balsamic Vinegar. There is the possibility to visit Galleria FERRARI in Maranello -Ferrari F1 Museum. Back to Bologna. Dinner free. Overnight. 4th day Brekfast in hotel. COOKING LESSON -traditional hand made pasta - and lunch with what you have prepared. In the afternoon visit at the Winery TENUTA BONZARA, located on the beautiful hills around Bologna. The owner is a University teacher who has inherited by his father the passion and love for making wine; he has organized a small but very complete collection of ancient farm tools. 5th day Brekfast in hotel.
