PLEASE, READ CAREFULLY

All bookings are accepted subject to the following conditions:
any payment made by the client, or others on behalf of the client signifies that the following conditions have been read, understood and accepted by the client him/her self.

1) Contact us to see if we can meet your requirements for your holiday. Sometimes we are full, or...  the horses are on holiday.

2) To reserve, fill in the form in all its parts and fax it to TastyTuscany.
    We will contact you to confirm your booking.

3) Payment for reservations should be made after your confirmation:

• 30 or more days before starting date:requires a 50% deposit to be paid within 10 days of the confirmation. When you arrive at Tasty Tuscany you will pay us the remaining 50% balance.

Traveler cheques are welcome. Credit cards accepted:VISA, American Express, Master Card.(Transactions are protected by Secure Server)
• 29 or less days before starting date: requires full payment upon confirmation.
4) Make a wire money transfer following the methods we'll indicate in the confirmation notice.

Proof of payment must be sent by fax to TastyTuscany, which will send you the final confirmation of your reservation.

To be effective, all cancellations must be received in writing.
• When made 30 days before the reservation date, 50% of deposit is refundable.
• If made 29 days or less, there will be  no refunds.
Reservations are transferable; new clients  must countersign  the final confirmation of your reservation together with his/her personal data and Fax to TastyTuscany.
No refunds will be made for any accommodation or services included in the offers that the client does not use.
In case of cancellation fromTasty Tuscany, owing to a cause beyond control, the whole deposit will be refunded.

Arrivals are expected from 4.00 to 8.00 p.m.
Departures, before noon.

For groups of four to eight people we provide a shuttle transfer from Firenze S.Maria Novella train station. This service is free, but must be agreed upon in advance.

Transfer for singles is free from the Montopoli Valdarno or Pontedera train station and must be arranged in advance.

We recommend you to check your health and/or travel insurance if their coverage can be carried overseas.
It is  advised to be insured.

Our prices do not include:
• Airfare and airport taxes
• Train travel and private trips
• Incidental and spending money for excursions etc.
• Extra activities
• Laundry service
• Telephone, fax
• Travel insurance
• All other services not specifically mentioned in this Web Site.
