South of the Chianti area.

Sixteenth century farm producing high quality wines, of which Chianti DOCG and a first rate extra virgin olive oil. The owner Donatella Cinelli Colombini also produces an excellent Brunello di Montalcino. A visit to the farm is like entering an eight hundred year old story with curious figures such as a hermit, two heretics, a womaniser Grand Duke. An old baker and a prima donna of Italian wines.

Accomodation is in real tuscan farmworkers houses on a 16th century farm.
The course participants will receive a diploma and a workfile with recipes and suggestions for accompanying wines.
The course are coordinated and directed by professional tutors.
